Investigating Bias Workshop November 13, 2020, 1-3pm on Zoom

Latimer and Kenkel is pleased to be able to offer the opportunity for local lawyers and students interested in law to participate in a two hour workshop with anti-bias facilitator Pooja Kothari, creator of Boundless Awareness (https://www.boundlessawareness.com). In the workshop, participants will be introduced to language around identification of unconscious bias and learn tools to disrupt the consequences that flow from that bias. Breakout rooms will be utilized for small group communication around hypothetical situations offered to instigate authentic dialogue on  this important topic. 

Registrants will be asked to assist in the tailoring of this workshop by answering a simple questionnaire in advance. Completion of this questionnaire will help Pooja to create a workshop which specifically addresses the experiences of the participants.  

This workshop will be offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.  Attorneys receiving ethics MCLE credit are encouraged to offer $20.00.
